Refund Policy

The short version

I want you to be happy with PatternBase. Steward (lifetime) members get a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Grower subscribers can cancel anytime, no questions asked. And Seedling is free, so there's nothing to refund.

Grower (monthly/annual subscription)

Grower subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing , no hoops to jump through.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until that date. Partial-period refunds are not issued for monthly subscriptions.

Annual subscribers: If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you're eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining months. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period with no refund.

Steward (lifetime access)

Steward is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to PatternBase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are not available for Steward purchases. You're getting lifetime access, and I trust that 30 days is more than enough time to decide if PatternBase is right for you.

Bitcoin payments

Payments made with Bitcoin are non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions. If you're unsure whether PatternBase is right for you, consider starting with a card payment so you're covered by the refund policy above.

How to request a refund

Two options:

• Email: james@pattern-base.com with your account email and reason (optional but helpful)
• Self-service: Go to Settings → Billing to cancel your subscription directly

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
